‘Temprotec’
is applied to windows with a roller to an approximate thickness of four mils, and dries to a thickness of roughly two mils.
This coating supplies a protective barrier between the glass and
stucco, drywall mud, paint, and numerous other elements deleterious to
glass.
|

The
coating
is applied to both the inside and outside of the glass shortly after
installation, and can be left on as long as needed.
Longevity
in the Phoenix market has been tested, and proven for extended use in
extreme heat and UV exposure for up to 2 years.

|
Once construction is
over, a light misting of water will re-activate the material
facilitating removal. Starting in one corner of the window, gently
lift the product away from the window. The protective coating should
then easily 'peel' away from the window, taking dirt, mud, paint, etc.
away with it.
